  1. I am lecturer. My age is 58.5 years. I have passed parichaya exam of Rashtrabhasha prachar samiti, vardha.
    Am I exempted from hindi exam? Out of three categories, in which category I am.

    1. In general concept, officers has to pass Higher Level Exam, class – 3 employees has to pass Lower Level Exam and class – 4 employees has to pass Colloquial Level Exam. But, every department can decide it. You can get exemption from passing Lower Level Exam if you have passed parichaya exam of Rashtrabhasha Prachar Samiti.

  5. i have passed hindi dusari exam by saurashtra hindi prachar samaiti, wil i get exception from hindi exam or HINDI MUKTI for my full pay Order By d.d.o.?

  6. Dear sir my name is MANISH i m a higher secondary teacher in granted school since 2002. My first higher scale date 13/6/2016 but u passed Hindi exam at rashtra bhasha prachar samiti vardha as date on 25/11/2016 .now when I gate my higher scale level. Someone told me in granted teacher does not need to pass Hindi exam .I m confused. So pl Gide me.

  10. I want to know he exemtion criteria for Hindi eaxam.My date of birth is May 1969.I have completed 45 years.I read the GR but it was not cleared from GR

    1. સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા.તા.૦૬/૦૮/૧૯૯૭ના ઠરાવથી છેલ્લે ૪૫ વર્ષે હિન્દી પરીક્ષા મુક્તિ આપવામાં આવેલી છે. જે ઠરાવ આ બ્લોગ પર આપેલ ઠરાવોની પીડીએફ ફાઇલમાં સૌથી છેલ્લે (પાના નંબર – ૧૦૭ પર) આપેલો છે. જે મુજબ તા.તા.૩૧/૧૨/૧૯૮૯ના રોજ કે ત્યાર પહેલા જેમણે ૪૫ વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કર્યા હોય તેને હિન્દી પરીક્ષામાંથી મુક્તિ આપેલ છે. ત્યારબાદ કોઇ ઠરાવ થયા અંગેનું ધ્યાનમાં નથી.

    1. સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા.૨૦/૦૯/૧૯૬૭ના ઠરાવના ફકરા નંબર-(૩)માં હિન્દી પરીક્ષામાંથી કોને મુક્તિ મળે તે અંગે માહિતી આપેલી છે. તે મુજબ આપને સૌથી ઉચ્ચ કક્ષાની ગણાતી હિન્દીની “ઉચ્ચ શ્રેણી” ની પરીક્ષામાંથી મુક્તિ મળવાપાત્ર થાય છે.

  12. આ બ્લોગમાં મુકેલ હિન્દી મુક્તિ અંગેના ઠરાવની પીડીએફ ફાઇલના પાના નંબર-૨૨ પરના તા.તા.૦૧/૦૭/૧૯૬૮ના અંગ્રેજી ઠરાવના ફકરા નંબર-૪ માં દર્શાવ્યા મુજબ અટકાવેલા ઇજાફા છોડી દેવાના રહે છે. તેથી ઉપધોના ઠરાવની જોગવાઇ મુજબ ૯ અથવા ૧૨ અથવા ૨૪ (જે લાગુ પડતું હોય તે) ઇજાફાપાત્ર નોકરી હોય તો પાત્રતાની તારીખથી ઉપધોનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થાય છે.

    U r doing really a very nice job, We get gr which are supposed to unavailable. Every one said different every time.
    Though i see a GR regarding exemption in Hindi Exam , can you provide latest updates in it? Bhasha niyamak said Gujarat Vidyapeeth exam is not valid..
    So can you give proper information in this..??

    1. Thanks for your appreciation. Hindi exam of Gujarat Vidyapith is valid for hindi exemption. Please see gr of date: 20/09/1967. Para 3(3) of the gr indicates exemption.

  16. I have passed the Hindi tisri exam in saurashtra Hindi prachar samiti, Rajkot.. Can I get exemption in Hindi by this certificate?

  20. ત્રણ વર્ષમાં પાસ ન થાય તો ઇજાફા આટકાવવાની જોગવાઇ છે. આપને હિન્દી પરિક્ષા પાસ કર્યા તારીખથી ઉપધો મળી શકે.

  23. SIR, We want GR regarding CCC exam. I have Computer subject in M.Sc.BIoinformatics exam from collage, University issue a mark-sheet and certificate of vocation degree course. May I get exemption from CCC exam? or can u give us GR “Who can get exemption from CCC exam.”

    I would also like to know that if i want to check my GPF or Cpf status online how can i come to know my concern department code. like PH, Fin etc.because some times official clerks are note given this codes.

  32. Sir this GR is regarding hindi exam. it contain that which govt. employees can get exemption from Hindi Exam. means if i have Hindi subject in 10th, 12th or graduate level. so i can get exemption.
    sir i would also like to know that is any other exams like CCC & Hindi exams are necessary for a govt. employee is must. because when a govt. employee get job he/she not given any instructions that you will have must pass so & so exams. i am sure you will must give me positive responses.
